When you register with CloudTalk you provide us with two types of information: Personal information you disclose as part of the registration and any additional information you provide, including your picture, in your profile Web site usage data collected by us as you interact with CloudTalk Personal InformationYou will be required to become a registered user of CloudTalk if you choose to have access to the site and the contents of the site. As part of that registration process, you will be required to submit certain personally identifiable information to CloudTalk such as your email address. You will also be required to create a User Name (Please refer to the Terms of Use for these requirements). In addition to the information collected during the registration process, you may also provide additional information, including your picture, in your profile. When you use CloudTalk, you set up your personal profile, form relationships and create and send messages. We collect this information so that we can provide you the service and offer personalized features. For example, we retain it so that you can return to view prior messages you have sent or easily see your friend list. When you update information, we usually keep a backup copy of the prior version for a reasonable period of time so that you may revise the information. User information is used by CloudTalk primarily to be presented back to and edited by you when you access the service and to be presented to others who are invited by you to join the conversation. Your user name and profile picture or graphic will be visible to other CloudTalk users who belong to conversations where you are a member. Additional InformationYou post information on CloudTalk at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that the information you post on CloudTalk will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on CloudTalk. You understand and Acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of your information may remain viewable in cached and archived ages or if other users have copied or stored your information. Web Site Usage DataWhen you enter CloudTalk, we collect your browser type and IP address. This information is collected from anyone who visits CloudTalk. Like most websites, we use ìcookiesî to collect additional website usage data and to improve CloudTalk's services. A cookie is a data file that we transfer to your computers hard drive. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser or logs out. We use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID to make it easier for you to login when you come back to CloudTalk. You can remove cookies by editing the options in your web browser or by following your web browser's instructions for removing cookies. Log DataOur servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website, known as log data. This log data may include information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the web sites you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider the IP address will be different every time you log on. We use log data to monitor the use of CloudTalk and our services, and for the technical administration of CloudTalk. We do not associate your IP address with any other personally identifiable information to identify you personally, except in case of violation of the Terms of Use. ChildrenUse of our site by children under the age of 13 is prohibited. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. However, if the parent or guardian of a child under 13 believes that the child has provided us with personal information, the parent or guardian of that child should contact support@CloudTalk if they want this information deleted from our files. If we learn that we have personal information about a child under 13 in retrievable form in our files, we will delete that information from our existing files. In addition, anyone under 18 years old should seek their parent's or guardian's permission prior to using or disclosing any personal information on CloudTalk. Notifications from CloudTalkCloudTalk may send you service related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the service. For example, if a friend sends you a communication you may receive an email alerting you to that fact. Generally, you may opt out of such emails from the Notifications page, though CloudTalk reserves the right to send you notice about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary email notifications. CloudTalk may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your personally identifiable information, in connection with an acquisition, merger, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy. You will have the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if the new entityís planned processing of your information differs materially from that set forth in this Privacy Policy.
